The Mission
Our apps (like Release Management for Jira or Advanced Agile Boards) are used by banks, tech giants, and home appliance leaders to govern their development and release lifecycles.
We are looking for a Technical Marketer who thinks like a Product Manager and executes like an SEO strategist.
We don’t need you to post motivational quotes on Instagram. We need you to take complex technical concepts (CI/CD, Version Control, Environment Management) and turn them into high-ranking, high-value content that brings Release Managers to our door.
Own the SEO Strategy: You won't just "write blogs." You will build Topic Clusters around Release Management, DevOps Governance, and Jira Workflows. You will dominate the search results for our niche.
Translate "Dev" to "Human": You will interview our developers and product owners to understand new features (e.g., specific deployment integrations) and turn them into compelling landing pages, documentation, and guides.
Website Optimization (CRO): You will take ownership of releasemanagement.app. You will turn it from a "catalog of plugins" into a persuasive SaaS platform, optimizing headlines, value props, and conversion paths.
Distribute Where It Matters: You know that Release Managers hang out on Reddit, Stack Overflow, and Atlassian Community—not TikTok. You will build our presence in these technical communities.
You are "T-Shaped": You have deep expertise in SEO (Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC), but broad knowledge of the B2B SaaS world.
You Speak "DevOps": You know that "Deployment" and "Release" are different things. You know what Jenkins, GitHub, and Docker are. You don't need to be a coder, but you must be technically fluent.
You Write for Humans, Not Robots: You hate "marketing fluff" (words like synergy, revolution, unlock). You prefer writing that is concise, data-driven, and utility-focused.
You Are Data-Obsessed: You don't guess. You use Google Search Console and GA4 to prove what’s working and what isn't.
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing (preferably in DevTools, IT, or Productivity software).
Proven track record of growing organic traffic (please share examples of content you’ve ranked).
Hands-on experience with the Atlassian Ecosystem (Jira/Confluence) is a massive Plus.
Excellent written English (C1/C2).
Product-Led Growth: We have a product people actually need. We are a Gold Marketplace Partner with multiple Partner of the Year Awards among thousands of other partners.
High Impact: You aren't a cog in a machine. Your SEO changes will directly impact revenue.
No Red Tape: We move fast. If you want to change a headline or launch a new page, you just do it.
Please do not send a generic cover letter. Along with your CV/LinkedIn, please answer these two questions briefly:
What is the biggest SEO mistake you see B2B technical companies making today?
In one sentence, how would you explain the value of "Release Management" to a non-technical CFO?
